Cons: Some hiccups with missing amenities and maintenance issues, and the noise cancelation could be better. However, despite a rude reception experience, the stay shone bright. P.S. The room was spacious and well-kept with a comfy bed and a jaw-dropping sunset view. Housekeeping did a great job despite a few initial hiccups. The friendly and super staff made our stay pleasant, especially Hassa from housekeeping and Jumar for their fast response. The location was EXCELLENT with easy access to the city and little traffic. The car parking facility was good, although some areas were a bit dark. The pool, although we couldn't use it due to the weather, seemed to be a super facility. The breakfast was average, but it would have been mind-blowing if there were more choices of Indian food available. The overall experience at this hotel was very nice and the staff were polite and cooperative.

The room was incredibly spacious, providing ample space to unwind. Located away from the bustling city center, the residential area offered a peaceful atmosphere. Within a short 5-minute walk, there was a convenient supermarket for any essential items. The breakfast, though limited, had everything I needed, and the best part was that it was available until 1100hrs. The temperature of the pool was well-maintained, and the hotel even had impressive water slides for kids. The comfy bed ensured a restful sleep, making my stay truly enjoyable.

The hotel's location was far from any kind of public transportation, and taking a taxi to the nearest metro station was expensive. The hotel only offered one shuttle service that leaves at 10 am, making it difficult to get around. , the lobby had an unpleasant smell which made it unbearable to stay for long periods.

The hotel had a slow elevator service, which took more than 10 minutes to reach the desired floor.

The kids' play area was fantastic, breakfast delicious, and the view from the balcony stunning. Ample parking. Ideal for families. However, some customer service issues, cleanliness concerns, and lack of room amenities. Good for a quiet getaway.

We had a fantastic time at the complimentary water park and the 24-hour health club. The water park was a blast for the kids and the 24-hour health club allowed my wife and me to stay fit during our stay. Additionally, the outlet shopping nearby kept us entertained, offering great deals on a variety of goods.

My wife says that it would have been great if the hotel had more kids' activities to keep them entertained.

I thoroughly enjoyed dipping into one of the 3 outdoor swimming pools, and the experience was both refreshing and relaxing. The layout and design of the pools provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of work. The poolside service was impeccable, adding to the overall enjoyment of the facilities.

May Zin's housekeeping was exceptional. I found relaxation in the sauna, swimming pool, and coffee areas. Nearby landmarks like Dubai Sports City and The Walk at JBR offered diverse family bonding experiences. The slow check-in, customer service, and cleaning response were drawbacks, along with a limited breakfast spread. a comfortable stay.

The Thyme Restaurant's breakfast spread was as generous as a king's feast! With a variety of options ranging from local delicacies to international favorites, I felt like I was on a culinary adventure. The freshly brewed coffee was the perfect fuel for a day of exploration.
