One improvement could be providing clearer descriptions of room types, especially the "twin room," which actually had two single beds. This caused extra costs for some guests.

I had an amazing stay at the Novotel, from the warm welcome at check-in to the delightful surprise room upgrade. the suite room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family staycation. the mini waterpark brought immense joy to the kids, and the lifeguards were attentive. the Thai yoga massage at Soul Senses Spa was truly rejuvenating, and the breakfast spread at Hungry Hub was impressive. a budget-friendly gem with top-notch service.

The car parking facility was good, although some areas were a bit dark. The pool, although we couldn't use it due to the weather, seemed to be a super facility. The breakfast was average, but it would have been mind-blowing if there were more choices of Indian food available. The overall experience at this hotel was very nice and the staff were polite and cooperative.

I recently had a remarkable stay at Novotel. the highlight of my experience was the 36-hour staycation offer, which allowed me to relax and enjoy the hotel's Deluxe King room. the room was incredibly spacious, providing ample space to unwind. Located away from the bustling city center, the residential area offered a peaceful atmosphere. Within a short 5-minute walk, there was a convenient supermarket for any essential items. the breakfast, though limited, had everything I needed, and the best part was that it was available until 1100hrs. the temperature of the pool was well-maintained, and the hotel even had impressive water slides for kids.

The hotel's location was far from any kind of public transportation, and taking a taxi to the nearest metro station was expensive. The hotel only offered one shuttle service that leaves at 10 am, making it difficult to get around. , the lobby had an unpleasant smell which made it unbearable to stay for long periods.

The hotel had a slow elevator service, which took more than 10 minutes to reach the desired floor.

The kids' play area was fantastic, breakfast delicious, and the view from the balcony stunning. Ample parking. Ideal for families. However, some customer service issues, cleanliness concerns, and lack of room amenities. Good for a quiet getaway.

We had a fantastic time at the complimentary water park and the 24-hour health club. The water park was a blast for the kids and the 24-hour health club allowed my wife and me to stay fit during our stay. Additionally, the outlet shopping nearby kept us entertained, offering great deals on a variety of goods.

My wife says that it would have been great if the hotel had more kids' activities to keep them entertained.

I thoroughly enjoyed dipping into one of the 3 outdoor swimming pools, and the experience was both refreshing and relaxing. The layout and design of the pools provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of work. The poolside service was impeccable, adding to the overall enjoyment of the facilities.

Complimentary sauna is a bonus. Special thanks to Joanna, Alicia, Jovie, and Renuka for top-notch customer service. The splash play area for kids was a significant draw. May Zin's housekeeping was exceptional. I found relaxation in the sauna, swimming pool, and coffee areas. Nearby landmarks like Dubai Sports City and The Walk at JBR offered diverse family bonding experiences. The slow check-in, customer service, and cleaning response were drawbacks, along with a limited breakfast spread. a comfortable stay.

The Thyme Restaurant's breakfast spread was as generous as a king's feast! With a variety of options ranging from local delicacies to international favorites, I felt like I was on a culinary adventure. The freshly brewed coffee was the perfect fuel for a day of exploration.
